Community Yard Sale:, The Spring yard sale will be Saturday, April 27. Residents will hold their sales at their homes/driveways. Sale advertising will be sent to local social media sites and posted on signs in the front of the neighborhood.
2023 Annual HOA Meeting: was held on Thursday, November 2 and a quorum was present. Meeting minutes will be posted soon.
Pool Pre-Opening Workday: Saturday, April 20th from 8am until ?? We need volunteers to help clean up the deck and set up the pool furniture for the season. If you are willing and able, we need you! Bring blowers, brooms, ladders, gardening gloves, and whatever else you can think of to help get the pool ready.
